Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Pancake Brunch Tacos

Plate of Pancake Brunch Tacos

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 pancakes (make your own or use your favourite shop-bought pancakes)
  • Hot chocolate sauce
  • Hundreds and thousands
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tub Ben & Jerry’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream
  • Glace cherries (optional garnish)

 

  1. Prepare your pancakes and gather all other ingredients. Place hot chocolate sauce and sprinkles in individual shallow bowls.

  2. Dip the edges of each pancake in the hot chocolate sauce and then into the sprinkles. Place each in a taco holder or wedge them next to one another in a small casserole dish. Put 2 scoops of Ben & Jerry’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream into each pancake taco.

  3. Top with a cherry (if using) and enjoy!
